Storage

Storing products is not as simple as you might think at first... Especially not when it concerns chemicals or food ingredients; because a lot of strict legal regulations are valid. Tigro Industries has disposal over accommodation (40.000m²), machines and trained people to live up to all regulations. The professional storage system that we use is a guarantee for efficiency and safety, at all temperatures. in short, your products are in good hands with Tigro!

Handling         

Tigro Industries will handle your products to your measure, just to make sure that they are ready to hand for further distribution when you need them. This is an important added value offered by Tigro during the "One Stop Shopping". These are a few examples of the services we have to offer:

              §         Repacking
                       All possible solid goods can be proportioned into the right dose by our staff members. The new packaging will be entirely accommodated to your                          wishes.

§         Blending
Your clients might like to have a certain amount of products mixed. We are proud to say that we are in possession of the right machinery and that we employ qualified staff members to execute these activities with maximum precision. 

§         Drying
If you would like, we will lead the entire drying process of your goods. The relative humidity can be lowered according to very precise parameters.

§         Micronising
Micronising is a technique we perfectly master. We treat your goods in such a way that they are being minimized to the exact dimensions you require.

§         Formulation
We will create your final products based on the ingredients you deliver. Naturally this will happen strictly confidential.

§         Labelling
Obviously, we will guide the logistic process from the beginning to the end. This also includes the right labelling and other elements of integral traceability of your goods.

Distribution

One of our specialities is the worldwide Just-In-Time distribution of dangerous as well as non-dangerous goods. At Tigro Industries you can be sure of undamaged deliveries in time. For transport within Europe we use our own transportation company. Our fleet of 16 lorries, fully equipped according to the most strict security standards, transports not only particular ADR goods, but also all other freights. We may bring a small parcel of several kilos to a neighbouring community as well as a freight of 25 tonnes to the south of Spain...

Advice and training in 'care' systems

Since we are very demanding to control all legal regulations, we can say that our staff is definately to be defined as being experts in caresystems. We would love to put this knowledge at the disposal of other companies. Companies which would like to get in order with all regulations concerning environment, safety, quality, etc..,... For other training, such as logistics, you can always count on Tigro Industries.
